From the afore-blogged proposal, the members of the Steering Committee met with the Center for Student Programs and the Center for Social Justice in late September to determine how best to proceed with the idea. It was determined that "25 Days" should be housed under The Patrick Healey Fellows to give it logistical support. It would be run by a Steering Committee which would facilitate existing student groups' desire to serve.
In late October, "25 Days" began contacting student groups. Within three weeks, 29 Georgetown student groups responsed in the affirmative, with more adding each week. It is hoped that these groups will work together on projects that fulfill their mission statements.
