On February 13th, GU Brothers for Christ and InterHall collaborated to participate in Georgetown's 25 Days of Service Project. We made sandwiches that we donated to the DC Central Kitchen--a community outreach center that helps to fight hunger, poverty, and homelessness. About fifteen of us made about 150 sandwiches on the Kennedy 2nd Floor Common Room and we had a great time doing it. We thought this was a great way to contribute to the greater DC commnuity by supporting a very valuable resource to the poor and homeless of Washington DC, and GU Brothers for Christ and InterHall both hope to further be involved with initiatives that wil benefit people beyond ourselves.
